After mercury amalgam removal, patients have to begin a detoxification process to remove the toxins that have been accumulating for years. Every detoxification program is customized for the individual patient’s needs. Often we work in concert with the patient’s physician or complementary healthcare provider. Nevertheless, a proper detoxification protocol begins with a nutritional program and the necessary supplementation. Another combination works inside the cells to enable them to function more efficiently. The third formula is specific to the toxin being targeted, for example, metals, chemicals or pesticides.Mercury is a strong oxidant, and thus an antioxidant such as Vitamin C is beneficial.
