A while ago a patient recommended that I read the book “Healing is Voltage” by Dr. Jerry Tennant. I found the book particularly interesting because it tied into everything I do. Consequently, I signed up for and recently attended a weekend course given by Dr. Tennant.
The premise of “Healing is Voltage” is that wherever the body has low voltage, there is a problem that often manifests itself as chronic pain.
Voltage is synonymous with pH.
In fact, a voltmeter can be used to measure pH. The voltmeter has a range of from -400 millivolts (mv) to +400 mv, with -400 mv being equal to 0 on the pH scale (which ranges from 0 to 14). A pH of between 0 and 6.9 is considered acid. A pH of 7.0 is neutral. A pH between 7.1 and 14 in considered alkaline, with a pH of 14 equal to +400 mv. Cells are designed to operate at -22 mv, which is the equivalent of a pH of 7.35.
Thus, ideally, our bodies should be slightly alkaline. A less than optimal pH will lead to cellular aging and the possible development of cancer, pain, inability to heal properly, infections, and general ill health.
Because I have known for years that an acid pH is not desirable, much of what I do has been designed to help correct the pH. However, I never tied the voltage to the pH in the manner Dr. Tennant described.
Maintaining an alkaline environment is a key to good health. As our voltage drops below -20 mv we begin to experience fatigue. As the voltage further drops (and thus the pH drops) we become prone to developing health problems. Cancer cells, for example, have a pH of about 6.3 or -40 mv. Thus it is a good idea to check your salivary pH first thing upon awakening. A salivary pH of 6.5 suggests a cellular pH of 7.35.
pH is ultimately a measure of redox potential. Redox potential is a measure of whether electrons are available in surplus (and thus are “electron donors”) or whether electrons are deficient (and thus are “electron stealers”). Electrons are needed for health and for healing. As mentioned before, an optimal cellular pH of 7.35 = -20mv. The minus sign means electrons are in surplus and are available to be donated. If cells are injured, -50 mv is needed for healing. In other words, for healing to take place, a more alkaline environment (with even more electrons available then normal) is needed. Antioxidants like vitamin C or glutathione are valuable because they are electron donors which help counteract oxidants (electron stealers). Some other electron donors are low level lasers, essential oils, homeopathic remedies, being grounded, and alkaline water (the next newsletter will be on this topic). Some electron stealers are root canals, mercury fillings, processed foods, acid water and carbonated beverages.
For measuring the voltage on a physical level, Dr. Tennant has developed a device called the Tennant BioModulator. This device allows one to measure the voltage either over areas of pain or over what Dr. Tennant has named Bioteminals. The Bioterminals and other points tie in with chakra and acupuncture points and, hence, specific organs. If low voltage is found, the device can be used to raise the voltage in the low voltage areas. Areas of chronic or acute pain can be helped in a short time by raising the voltage in that area. Of course, if there is a low general pH, that issue must be addressed over time.
I have just started using the BioModulator and have seen phenomenal results in one area of application. The sphenoid bone is called the “keystone” bone of the skull. The skull bones are not fixed, as some may think; rather, the cranial sutures allow for some movement, thus allowing the cerebral spinal fluid to “pump.” The sphenoid bone has come to be known as the “keystone” bone because, when it moves out of its proper position, the other skull bones, the neck, the temporomandibular joint, and the spine are thrown out of position. Signs of an out-of-position sphenoid are that the patient has one eye, hip, or shoulder higher than the other. Another sign is pain, either headaches or body pain. The sphenoid bone can be put back into position with cranio-sacral therapy. It can also be repositioned by placing a small balloon into the nasal cavity and inflating it. The BioModulator can reset the sphenoid in 2 to 4 minutes when it is placed on each side of the neck while outputting a low voltage of specific frequencies. The results are almost instantaneous. One can see the shoulders, hips, and eyes come into balance and, often, areas of pain are resolved in a few minutes. My wife had been complaining of some hip pain for about a month. When I adjusted her sphenoid, her hip pain disappeared and has not returned.
I am looking forward to using the BioModulator to assess the voltage of different organs and to seeing its relationship to EAV and Hadoscan testing.
